Our Head Chef, Jonathan has worked in some of the best restaurants in the country. Winning 3AA Rosettes at the River Room and heading up the team of Sapphire at Award Winning Restaurant for 4 years.
Jonnie is now bringing his passion for local ingredients, food, and wine to Bank Square Brasserie.

Lea Callo

Lea got her experience from working in France where the hospitality sector is fully part of the culture. She flew to Belfast 8 years ago for a short holiday and never left.
Her passion for the food brought her to work as a chef during few years she is now manager front of house. Bank Sq Brasserie will always provide the best service possible as part of the experience.
